Saddle trees
The “Jean-Luc Maurel†saddle is characterized by its saddle tree which is developed by a digital definition process.
Through this process the tension of the seat is finely calculated to correlate with the rider's weight. The margin of error is only 20 grammes.
Normally it is the rider himself who decides on the tension, according to his average weight.
Panels
This technique allows the panels to be perfectly calibrated to the tree tension.
There are 21 different panel calibrations.
Thus an optimal weight distribution is achieved.
Shock waves
Through our innovative approach and our special tree manufacturing technique, the shock waves for both the horse and the rider's back are reduced by more than 90%.
Instructions
Bench-tests have confirmed that our saddles enable instructions to be passed to the horse with three times the normal efficiency, thus proving particularly advantageous in racing.
